Nona Lal, a young princess of a former Himalayan state, Vice Chair-person of the elitist Paris based fashion house Divaa , while visiting India is intrigued by a mysterious character in a hospital whose stealthy walk raises her suspicions and opens the Pandora’s box. The hospital comes out to be a centre where organs and tissues from living human beings are harvested for a clandestine transplantation programme for the wealthy patients from Europe, America and oil-rich Arab world.
